What are you in the position of Head of the direction, you will:

• ensure compliance of the product strategy with the strategic plan for the development of the tribe;
< li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">work with the product backlog, in particular based on: customer vision and expectations, business lines, benchmarking, internal bandwidth;
• ensuring effective communication with stakeholders;
• transformation of customer needs on the User Story or any business requirements previously agreed in the team;
• management of both financial and quality KPIs of the product;
• identification of directions and actions necessary to implement the overall product strategy;
• ensuring the development of the team within its competences;
• organizing communication with other teams within and outside the tribe for effective product development;
• maintain regular communication with the sponsor and stakeholders to support the overall vision of the product strategy;
• quarterly report on product performance (budget, revenue, key performance indicators, issues, customer feedback);

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Higher technical or economiceducation;
• Experience as a manager/functional team leader in the relevant field from 2 years

• Team management experience/ledprojects/work in a SCRUM team from 2 years old

  
  

• Experience with database and data model organization and support tools

  from 2 years old

• Experience in the development, description and quality control of data models, databases

• Proficiency in English at the intermediate level.
