Hello! We are a young and ambitious Softsich team that provides services in the IGaming industry. Right now you have a great opportunity to join us as Head of Analytics !

• From 4 years of experience in the role of data analyst.
• Work experience in the IGaming field.
• Strong hands-on skills with SQL / NoSQL / Python.
• Development and optimization of advanced SQL queries using window functions and CTEs.
• Designing and maintaining an effective data model to implement analytics and reporting needs.
• Experience with Tableau, Amplitude or similar BI systems.
• Experience in building the architecture of an analytical data system, building tasks, gathering business requirements, etc.
• Experience working with Kafka, and implementing it into the overall data architecture.
• Good understanding of mathematical statistics and basic probability theory.
• Experience in organizing the application containerization process using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Effective management of cloud resources with the help of AWS.
• Creating and maintaining data pipelines for ETL processes.
• Practical use of Apache AirFlow, AWS S3, Tableau Prep.

Responsibilities include:

• Analysis of changes made in our products.
• Segmentation and analysis of the behavior of our Customers.
• Finding problem items and suggestions for product improvement.
• Analysis of patterns, according to real business indicators.
• Automation of processes by building data showcases, regular reporting.
• Working with documentation, adding new events, data, reports.
• Implementation of Data driven process in the company - automation due to work with data of operational processes, as well as making business decisions.
• Construction and control of an analytical data structure (for all business streams).
• Building and controlling the BI team.
