Head of Analytics in MAUDAU

We are growing and therefore we are looking for a Head of Analytics who is passionate about building models from data that help build the product in the best possible way. You will be responsible for supporting the data needs of a large number of teams in our company and help them become more data-driven in their decision-making. You will have the opportunity to lay the foundation for how we manage and develop our Data team in the future.
You will work closely with different teams to gain insights into our business, develop hypotheses and implement iterative testing and learning from data.

Requirements
 

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience in managing an analytics team (from 5 employees).
• In-depth understanding of analytics principles and tools: SQL, Python, Tableau/Superset, GA4+GTM, Git.
• Experience in AB testing and presentation results
• Department budgeting skills (calculation of budgets for software), coordination of team budgets
• C-Level presentation skills
• Experience of moving to data infrastructures (VI systems, event-tracking systems, etc.)
• Practical experience of working in Ecommerce or product startups with high development dynamics
• Orientation on results and skills work in a team
• High analytical abilities, structural and systemic thinking

• Empathy for the internal guest and his expectations

Responsibilities
 

• Setting up the analytics system for Ecommerce. Preparation of data for making business decisions, conducting A/B tests and analyzing the effectiveness of solutions
• Participation in research and development of hypotheses from customer experience in Ecommerce
• Development of a culture of decision-making based on data (Data-driven)
• Participation in performance evaluation, economic analysis and prioritization of implemented tasks
• Development of the analytics team
