Head of Analytics in Morskiy Dim, GK

In connection with the active development of the company, we are opening the position of Head of Analytics.

We are looking for a leader who will build a powerful analytical function, help improve business efficiency and become a reliable partner of top management in decision-making.

Your main tasks:

• Formation of the analytical strategy of the company group.
• Organization of collection, structuring and analysis of business data (trade, production, logistics, marketing).
• Development and implementation of BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
• Creation of management dashboards, forecasts and models for strategic decisions.
• Management of a team of analysts and coordination of analytical directions.
• Cooperation with IT, financial and operational departments to automate analytical processes.

 Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher education (economics, analytics, IT, mathematics, finance).
• Experience in leading a team of analysts - from 3 years.
• Owns BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) and Excel (advanced) level).
• Knowledge of SQL or Python for analytics will be an advantage.
• Has experience in trading or manufacturing companies.
• Strategic vision, analytical thinking and results orientation.
