• understand the software development process (SDLC);
• knowledge of the BPMN 2.0 standard;
• < span>developing a plan for the adaptation of new employees, motivating the team, providing feedback to employees;< /span>
• continuous improvement of the professional level of employees;< /li>
• standardization and description of internal processes;
• < span>participation in the Company's projects.

• Education: higher education, finance, programming< /span>
• Experience as a manager, such as business analyst/system analyst/project analyst (mobile application, СBS,) from 1 year;< /span>
• Досвид command management from analysis to implementation and launch of large-scale projects;
• Considering identifying the needs of the business customer, formulating the concept of the adopted solution, formulating the requirements to Distribute the tasks of the future product and exchange among employees who will be responsible for further implementation;

• Досвід бесплатно у розробці/управленні ПЗ;
• Doswid robots with tracking systems (Jira, Redmine, Trello and others);
• Досвfrom working with documentation systems (Confluence, etc.);
• experience in the development of business processes and UML diagrams

• management skills, system thinking, teamwork, customer orientation.
