Our company was founded in 1994, we are engaged in the distribution of auto parts. Today, we have 15 branches in Ukraine, a staff of over 600 employees. Looking for an AI Department Manager

About the role:
We are looking for an AI Department Manager who will lead the field of artificial intelligence, from vision to implementation. Your task is to transform ideas into effective solutions that will bring value to customers and ensure long-term business development.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Building a holistic AI strategy in accordance with the company's goals
• Identifying opportunities for the implementation of AI both in internal processes and in products for customers
• Forming a strategic plan for the development of innovations with an assessment of the necessary investments
• Managing the development and launch of AI solutions together with cross-functional teams
• PoC/PoV preparation, setting success metrics (ROI, KPI)
• Development of AI competencies within the company: training, development of expertise

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in building an AI strategy or launch AI-projects
• Deep understanding of modern technologies (ML, Generative AI, OpenAI, etc.)
• Ability to work at the intersection of business and technology, able to translate complex into understandable
• Leadership skills, strategic thinking, experience working with company management

Will be a plus:

• Professional certificates in the field of AI/ML
