Main duties: Organization and control of agricultural work ;Implementation of effective agricultural production management measures;Control of the use of material resources and implementation of the budget;Control of the performance of tasks regarding the structure of the sown areas of agricultural crops, schemes of soil cultivation, nutrition and plant protection;Control of compliance with approved technologies of care and quality of agricultural operations;Organization of performance evaluation work of subordinates; Preparation of operational reporting of completed work. Requirements for the candidate: Higher education (agronomy - optional); Experience of working in law enforcement agencies or paramilitary units; High level of self-discipline; Experience of managing a group in force majeure situations; Fluency in PC and MS Office programs; Orientation to results, flexibility, critical thinking; Willingness for business trips; Driver's license and driving experience of 3 years or more.
