Head of affiliates IGaming in Mayhem Partners

A rapidly expanding international iGaming company is 2 brands on a board is seeking passionate individuals lead affiliate marketing team from the ground up. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and personable candidate with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize campaigns, support affiliates with content, site, and account management.
- Implement new affiliate marketing strategies.
- Manage the budget, team KPIs, and strategic plans, and report to the CMO.

Key Duties:
- Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other methods.
- Oversee the affiliate program across all company platforms.
- Maintain strong communication with affiliates, suggest new campaigns, and provide performance feedback to the CMO.
- Monitor traffic sources on all campaigns.
- Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth goals.
- Represent Dedicated Media at industry conferences.
- Manage top-tier accounts and develop an affiliate contact management strategy.
- Mentor junior team members on affiliate marketing.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in affiliate channels.
- Recruit and train new affiliate account managers.
- Stay informed on legislation and best practices for affiliate marketing, ensuring compliance approval for all media activity.
