Head of Affiliates in Fama Group

Fama Group is a successful marketing agency with two main projects: Media Buying and Affiliate Network. Due to the scaling of our affiliate network, we are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates. The main goal is to develop and manage the team, create strategies for engaging partners and increase their efficiency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the development of the company and collaborate with key partners to achieve common goals.Responsibilities— Effective team management: participation in hiring, setting KPIs, their evaluation and management, training and development aimed at achieving strategic goals ;— Building and optimizing operational processes within the team to ensure maximum productivity and effectiveness;— Systematic monitoring of partners' activity and efficiency, providing feedback and appropriate support to achieve common goals;— Active search and attraction of new partners through various channels and full support at all stages of cooperation: from selection of offers to payments; — Analysis of competitors, identification of market trends and opportunities for continuous growth and development; — Testing and analysis of new partners, campaigns and announcements in order to maximize profit and efficiency; — Development and implementation of strategies to increase the number of incoming applications from affiliates;— Close cooperation with the marketing team and account managers to ensure the competitiveness and attractiveness of the company's offers on the market;— Preparation and presentation of reports on the results of the department. Requirements— 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing, Media Buying of the company or on Dating products;— Understanding of the Dating vertical;— From the 1st year in the position of Affiliate team lead/Head of affiliates department;— Critical thinking;— Ability to negotiate;— Strong analytical skills;— Proactive approach and team result orientation;— Possession in English at the level of Upper-Intermediate.
