Hard skills for our leader: —3+ years in affiliate marketing, a media baing company or a dating product; —From the 1st year of the offer Affiliate team lead/Head of affiliates department; —Successful team management experience; —In-depth understanding of the Dating vertical; —The level of English language proficiency is not lower than Upper-Intermediate B2; — Knowledge and experience of working with basic metrics (CTR, CR, ROI, EPC, etc.) and tools (affise, fraudscore, excel, etc.). What you will do: —Team management: planning the number of the department, participating in the hiring process, setting up KRI, evaluating and managing effectiveness, training and development, general support of all team members to ensure the achievement of planned indicators; — Construction and optimization of operational processes within the team; —Monitoring the activity and efficiency of partners, as well as providing feedback and support to help them improve; — Attracting new partners through various channels and providing full-time support: from the selection of payment offers; —Analysis of competitors, identification of market trends and opportunities for growth; —Test and analyze new partners, campaigns and ads to get maximum profitability; — Development and implementation of strategies for receiving incoming applications from affiliates; — Cooperation with marketing and accounting teams to ensure that the company's offers are attractive and competitive on the market; —Provide reports on the results of the department's work.
