Head of Affiliate Stream Marketing in PRO Gaming Software

We are looking for a Head of Affiliate Stream Marketing, to join our team, who will have full freedom to make decisions and implement their ideas, as well as building processes and managing budgets.

What we expect from you:

- At least 3 years of experience in the gambling/betting vertical as a team lead/head;

- Experience in building and managing teams;

- Understanding of the affiliate marketing market and models of cooperation with partners;

- Deep understanding of streaming traffic features, its quality, and key indicators;

- Ability to navigate competitors in your target Geo;

- Ability to identify and eliminate possible business risks in advance;

- Participation in international conferences;

- High level of communication skills;

- Intermediate+ English level or higher.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating the work of team leads and managers;

- Establishing quality personal relationships with key partners;

- Searching for growth points and improving the efficiency of the department;

- Creating an effective motivation system for the team;

- Interaction with managers from other departments;

- Regular monitoring and reporting of key metrics to the direct manager;

- Selection, interviews, and onboarding of new employees;

- Formation and distribution of budgets.
