1. You have at least 1 (one) year of successful work experience in a similar position in the financial vertical, Crypto.

3. You know how to analyze traffic, make decisions on the basis of numbers and facts, know how to argue your point of view.
4. You can definitely be called a leader, you are able to motivate the team to achieve the set results.
5. We all know what facap is, but it is important for us to be responsible for the results of our work and their lack.

A plus will be:
English language level B2+ for comfortable and productive conversations in correspondence, calls and meetings.

Your main task is a good profit! There is a goal, there are tools (something/someone will be missing - we will provide), you need to take, do and earn!

So your tasks will be:

1. Developing and scaling the results of our affiliate network.
2. Managerial work: setting tasks, monitoring the quality of work of subordinates, providing feedback, motivation, mentoring, etc.
3. Management and improvement of work processes with webmasters and advertisers.
4. Establishing long-term friendships with advertisers.
5. Participation in profile events for brand promotion, establishing relations with advertisers.
6. Planning and implementation of marketing activities for brand promotion.
7. Ensuring the planned growth dynamics of the network.
8. Analysis of network performance indicators, reporting.
9. Control of financial settlements with webmasters and advertisers.
