Thanks to this, in 2018-2019, the dou.ua portal recognized Everad as one of the best IT employers in Ukraine. The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We are looking for a Head of Affiliates who will manage the entire team and be responsible for maintaining and scaling the traffic volume. Check out the tasks and our benefits below. Your tasks: - be responsible for maintaining and scaling the volume of traffic; - build a strategy for achieving KPI plans and monitor its implementation; - draw up and distribute goals, KPI plans for affiliate managers; - manage the affiliate team : to organize the working environment, to be responsible for setting and monitoring the execution of tasks; - to submit regular reports on the results, efficiency and problems of the department's work; - to manage and plan budgets, ensuring the strategic and effective allocation of resources; - to participate in speeches at conferences, interviews and other public events, with the aim of promoting the partner network. We expect from you: - experience of working in a similar position for at least 2 years; - a deep understanding of the processes and channels of the SRA sphere; - knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level and above; - pronounced leadership qualities and the ability to motivate the team to achieve the set goals.- the ability to make decisions based on facts, figures, able to argue one's point of view;- the ability to develop relationships with clients;- understanding the concept and principles of sales funnels and being able to optimize them;- systematic and analytical approach to work; - experience of participating in public events, conferences.
