In connection with the expansion, Netpeak Core invites to its team a self-motivated and an experienced head of the accounting department. The candidate must be prepared to take on a key role in the accounting of a globally expanding group of companies.

This position involves active participation in the creation and management of accounting systems, organization and automation of accounting processes, ensuring the maintenance of accounting records and compliance with international accounting standards. Professional knowledge and skills:

  1. Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level and above.
  2. From 7 years of experience in large international companies.
  3. Leadership and team management experience.
  4. Examination of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
  5. Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, MD 365 Finance, Netsuite and similar ERP).
  6. Experience with international financial rules and standards.
  7. Ability to coordinate and manage reporting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, investment accounting and VAT.
  8. Experience in accounting automation.

Personal Skills:

  1. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  2. Dynamism with the ability to take initiative and achieve results.
  3. Ability to set priorities correctly, work in multitasking conditions and achieve results in a short period of time.
  4. Strong analytical and decision-making skills combined with strong attention to detail.
  5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Will be a plus:

  1. Big4 experience.
  2. Availability of ACCA/ASA certificates.
  3. Experience in management positions in the field of financial management.
  4. Experience in submitting financial statements in different jurisdictions, optimizing the tax burden.

The team expects from you:

  1. Development and implementation of the development strategy of the accounting department to ensure the high quality of accounting processes and financial reporting.
  2. Management and coordination of the work of the accounting department, including planning and distribution of tasks among the team.
  3. Control over compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and internal regulations of the company.
  4. Optimization and automation of accounting processes to improve the efficiency of the department.
  5. Interaction with external auditors and control bodies to ensure compliance of reporting and processes with legal requirements.
  6. Formation and implementation of the company's accounting policy, its implementation and implementation monitoring.
  7. Development and implementation of an internal control system to minimize ffinancial risks.
  8. Providing strategic recommendations to the company's management based on the analysis of financial statements and forecasting.
  9. Coordination of the process of preparation and submission of financial statements in different jurisdictions, including tax optimization.
  10. Consulting other departments on accounting and financial reporting issues.
