Responsibilities:
- Organizing the work of sales managers (sales, payments, reconciliations, etc.). Drafting of scripts;
- Analysis of the current catalog (for websites, applications, etc.), assortment, product characteristics (in particular, prices); analysis and updating of positions on banners;
- Control of sales through trading platforms; social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube); chat bots; messengers (Telegram, Viber); SIP-telephony (mini-PBX);
- Administration of the company's mobile application (synchronization with the accounting system), making proposals regarding its structure and visualization;
- Development of marketing strategies and plans directed to promote the company and attract new customers;
- Perform analytics to identify effective strategies and identify areas for improvement;
- Perform an analysis of market prices, company activity with "BEFORE" and "AFTER" indicators »;
- Creation of content for SEO with technical tasks and the use of online tools; filling the site with content for SEO;
- Management of Google advertising (strategy, conducting analytics, settings, contexts, banners, PSH designers, providing a sales "funnel") Consulting clients in messengers and by phone according to scripts.
