The vacancy of the head of the "Victory and Restoration" VBO is an important role in supporting and coordinating the work of the team. We are looking for a person who will be able to help ensure the effective performance of tasks and achieve the goals of BO. What do we need help with? Providing support in organizational and administrative matters. Interaction with project participants, partners, the public and other interested parties. Attracting new members of the organization and building an effective team. Attracting and motivating the team, etc. d. Help with planning and coordination of work, setting priorities, managing resources and implementing project schedules. Searching for personnel for volunteer and other positions, facilitating their adaptation and readiness to bear responsibility for their activities. Launching and development of social networks, website, etc. An excellent candidate if you have: High level of written communication skills. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work. High level of responsibility and leadership qualities. Ability to self-development and self-realization, long-term cooperation. Willingness to work in stressful situations and quickly adapt to circumstances.
