HEY BECCA is a brand that creates stylish clothes for life, sports and moments when you want to be yourself. The brand's team does not just sew things - it conveys energy, freedom and confidence in every movement.

Now the company is looking for an experienced designer who will be able to feel the DNA of the brand and translate it in silhouettes, lines, fabrics and details. Not a newbie. Not just a creator. A professional with own vision, sense of style and deep understanding of the fashion environment.

Requirements:

• experience in creating commercially successful fashion collections;
• confident mastery of Illustrator (Clo3D will be an advantage);
• understanding of fit, design and production;
• a fine sense of fabrics, textures and the balance between aesthetics and technology;
• willingness to take responsibility for a collection from idea to launch;
• love for the business and the desire to develop together with the brand.

Main tasks:

• creating concepts and sketches of new collections in the HEY style BECCA;
• selection of fabrics, accessories, development of technical packages;
• cooperation with the designer and production;
• control of fit, quality and final result;
• analysis of trends, market and competitors;
• constant communication with the founder and marketing - the team works as a single creative organism.

Conditions:

• Salary: from 70,000 to 100,000 UAH

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 (weekends — Sat-Sun)
