We are looking for an experienced and motivated TL Arbitrage Team manager to manage the arbitration team.
As a team leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market arbitrage strategies, as well as training and developing the team to achieve maximum results.

What you will do:

• Development and implementation of arbitrage strategies in the iGaming/Crypto/Finance market.
  Managing the activities of the arbitration team, including the allocation of tasks and the monitoring of results.
• Training and development of team members with the aim of increasing their efficiency and professional skills.
• Analysis of market trends and search for new arbitrage opportunities.
• Ensuring a high level of cooperation with other departments of the company to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• Experience in iGaming/Crypto/Finance markets including arbitrage (preferably 2+ years).
• High leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and resources.
• Willingness to learn and constantly develop in the field.
