There are two teams - the organizing team and the IT team. The work that my team and I do should cost around $20,000 a month, but there is no money in the budget. School of Heroes - meetings of children and speakers. It is essentially a live social network of children and speakers, where speakers share their experiences. At meetings, children get to know new people and find practice, money and mentors. Speakers are people who are ready to communicate with children and share their experiences. These are entrepreneurs and specialists from various fields. A group of speakers comes to the children at the same time. Speakers say a few words about themselves. And then networking, everyone communicates freely. At the end, the speakers note how they can help the children - a mentor, internship, sponsor, etc. The main idea is that children find practice, mentors and sponsors. In the future, this is a social network of speakers and children, which will constantly develop. On the website, we need authorization, profiles of participants and speakers, a poster of events, our own messenger, and a marketplace for children's projects. A feature where the speakers after the meetings mark the kids what they are offering, an internship, a sponsor, a mentor. And so that children can see these marks in their profile. Parental control feature for every suggestion from speakers. There is also chickencurrency, children get points that can be exchanged for money and valuable things.
