Hardware Project Manager in Ajax Systems

Hardware Project Manager Kyiv Ajax Systems is an international technology company, the largest European developer and manufacturer of Ajax security systems with smart home capabilities. The main goal of the position is to lead the development of new devices. Tasks: — manage the project from start to finish (planning, control of the development of video surveillance systems, organization of tests of devices at the test site, launch of devices in mass production); — coordinate a team of engineers, mechanics, testers; — to ensure effective communication between project participants; — identify blockers, waste of time, look for ways to eliminate them, adjust processes; —maintain project documentation (Confluence); — control the resources of the term, analyze risks and develop strategies for their minimization; — building project plans and ensuring their implementation. Skills: — work experience in Hardware projects; —understanding of product development cycles, methodologies of flexible online management; —understanding of the basic technologies underlying video surveillance product lines; — experience working with Jira/Confluence; — technical education/experience working with devices, electronics; — the level of English is sufficient for correspondence and communication with foreign partners.
