We are currently looking for a Hardware Project Manager for our client, which is one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.

The company has assembled a strong team of engineers, designers and specialists in Hardware, QA, RF, who create products that help the military achieve its goals. In-house production facilities enable rapid implementation of changes and ideas.

Necessary skills and experience:

• 3 years or more of technical project management experience;
• Experience working with embedded/hardware projects;
• Leadership, proactivity, structure;
• Ability to set up the coordinated work of the team, keep the team in focus and direct them to the set goals;
• Skills in working with Jira and Confluence, project planning tools;
• Flexibility and the ability to work in constantly changing conditions;
• The ability to think broadly and strategically and see the project (the ability to see the whole picture as a whole);
• Personal organization and multitasking, attention to details;
• God-level communication: the ability to agree on everything, and find out all the necessary information to make a decision.

Future duties:

• Maintain project documentation;
• Work with priorities in the project, form a prioritized backlog of tasks;
• Assess the volume of tasks, plan the work of the team;
• Risk management;
• Manage the project (its releases) - control of quality, deadlines, resources;
• People management teams;
• Organize the project workspace, build processes.
