Hardware Project Manager in Ajax Systems

Ajax Systems is an international technology company, Europe's largest developer and manufacturer of Ajax security systems with smart home capabilities. This ecosystem consists of 135 devices, mobile and desktop applications, server infrastructure. Currently, the company has more than 3,000 employees. The first prototypes are already at the release stage. 20+ devices are planned for Vliniya. The main goal of the position is to lead the development of new devices. Tasks: — manage the project from start to finish (planning, control of the development of video surveillance systems, organization of device tests on the test site, launch of devices in mass production); — coordinate a team of engineers, mechanics, testers;—ensure effective communication between project participants;—identify blockers, waste of time, seek solutions, adjust processes;—maintain project documentation (Confluence);—control resources and deadlines, analyze risks and develop strategies to minimize them;—build project plans and ensuring their implementation. Skills:—experience working in hardware projects;—understanding of product development cycles, flexible online management methodologies;—understanding of basic technologies underlying the video surveillance product line;—experience of working with Jira/Confluence;—technical education/experience of working with devices, electronics ;—the level of English is sufficient for correspondence and communication with foreign partners.
