What we expect from you: — from 2 years of experience in administration/event organization/project coordination; — responsibility and importance of details; — proactivity; —patience in errand tasks; — empathy; — the ability to correctly prioritize daily tasks; — quickly adapt to changes; — English not lower than Intermediate level. Your tasks will be: Administrative and economic support of the office: — ordering food products (breakfasts, lunches, snacks); — control of cleanliness and order; —organization of small repair works; — work with courier services; — ordering oversized items (appliances, furniture, decor elements, etc.). Work with suppliers: — search for new counterparties; — conducting communication; — quality control of the provision of services and goods. Payments: — management of office expenses; — work with documents; —making payments using the company's payment systems.
