We are looking for a proactive and creative Happiness Manager to help us in building strong and trustful relations with our employees and care about our office in Kyiv.

Our ideal candidate:

• 1+ year of experience in Office management/Event management/HR in IT company;
• Experience/participation in the organization of online and offline events;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Well-organized and attentive to details;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
• To be a team player who believes in cooperation and compromising;
• Experience in HR processes development will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Organize internal online/offline events and other activities to involve all employees in the company’s culture;
• Organize trips abroad (book hotels, buy tickets, etc.);
• Office management activities.
