We are looking for a proactive and creative Happiness Manager to help us in building strong and trustful relations with our employees and care about our office in Kyiv.
Our ideal candidate:
- 1+ year of experience in Office management/Event management/HR in IT company;
- Experience/participation in the organization of online and offline events;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Well-organized and attentive to details;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- To be a team player who believes in cooperation and compromising;
- Experience in HR processes development will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Organize internal online/offline events and other activities to involve all employees in the company’s culture;
- Organize trips abroad (book hotels, buy tickets, etc.);
- Office management activities.
