Module Design is a young, professional, ambitious company that grows and develops, implements incredible projects in the field of design and production of "movable real estate", asame develops from scratch and manufactures real masterpieces of modern architecture from glass and metal for various purposes (commercial/residential) in factory conditions, which have the advantages of short-term implementation of mobility, invites the whole team: GAP/operational project manager What is required of you: professional higher education; valid Architect's certificate; experience in organizing the work of a team of architects, engineers, designers, economists, procurement managers, product managers; experience in working with housing and commercial real estate; knowledge of ArchiCAD/ Revit, Lumion, 3DMax, Unreal engine, Photoshop and others programs; knowledge of DBN and European standards; knowledge of modern trends in design, modern finishing, building materials and construction technologies; good architectural taste; experience in manufacturing, construction and metal structures What will you do : conducting analytics; developing concepts for the company's model range from single-story to multi-story buildings; organization, motivation and control of the work of a group of architects, engineers, designers, economists, procurement managers, product managers; selection of a team for the implementation of entrusted projects, writing technical specifications and distribution of responsibilities among the team ; planning and responsibility for the timely execution of works; participation in negotiations with clients, development of exterior and interior design projects of premises; verification of specifications and drawings; management of projects from development to production and construction.
