We invite our team of Managers of hand hygiene education! We expect: Development and implementation of measures to improve hand hygiene with the aim of preventing the spread of infectious diseases; Development and initiation of approval by the management of the institution of an action plan to improve hand hygiene and coordination of its implementation at all stages; Training and training of hand hygiene instructors, specialists on monitoring compliance with hand hygiene rules; Conducting training of experts on monitoring compliance with hand hygiene rules on the correct use of assessment protocols; Development of standard operating procedures for hand hygiene and participation in the development of standard operating procedures for infection prevention and control; Organization of regular meetings to monitor the implementation of measures; Creation of a search system of new hand hygiene instructors of workers to monitor compliance with hand hygiene rules; Conducting an assessment of infrastructure and resources for hand hygiene and the use of hand hygiene products in accordance with the approved protocol; Conducting an assessment of the use of hand hygiene products in accordance with the approved protocol; Keeping documentation and preparing reports. Important: Professional education (junior specialist) or higher education (junior bachelor's, bachelor's, master's), field of knowledge "Health care", specialty "Nursing"; 2 years of work experience or any medical specialty (without special requirements for obtaining a job); Must have knowledge of infection prevention, infection control and hand hygiene, which is confirmed by a relevant document (certificate or equivalent); Willingness to help, tact, friendliness, ability to listen.
