The national trade chain of stores "ATB-market" in Zolotonosha, in connection with recruitment for the store, invites for a job: ADMINISTRATOR OF THE HALL (Night shifts) with a salary of UAH 15,400. * and the possibility of additional earnings Areas of responsibility: • Formation of an effective team (selection, adaptation, training, coordination and control of personnel work); • Ensuring the maximum attractiveness of the store for customers in accordance with the Company's corporate standards; • Controlling and ensuring the preservation of merchandise. We expect: • Effective achievement of results according to the main indicators of work in previous positions;• Availability of secondary special (commercial, economic), incomplete higher or higher education (mainly in the field of trade, economics, finance, management);• Availability of successful management experience of at least 1 year in retail food trade or in office positions; • Having experience working with a PC at the level of a confident user (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, preferably knowledge of 1C: Trade and warehouse); • Willingness to learn.
