Gypsum and facade decoration sales manager, graphic designer in Ermitage Decor

We, the Ermitage Decor company, are looking for a talented and creative Gypsum and Facade Decor Sales Manager, Designer, who will help us develop our business and implement our unique decorative solutions. Your main duties will be: Sales and consulting: conducting negotiations and consultations for the purpose of selling plaster and facade decoration. Providing professional service to clients and solving their needs. Development of simple sketches: Creation and development of individual design projects for clients, taking into account their needs and budget. Presentation of design concepts and recommendations using our decor. Project management: Responsible for the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and high quality of work. Coordination of communication with customers, contractors and internal departments of the company. Marketing activities: Development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our decor. Participation in exhibitions, events and presentations to increase awareness of our brand and attract new customers. Market and competitor analysis: Following trends and changes in the industry, analyzing market competition, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies for business development. Candidate requirements: Desirable experience in sales of plaster and facade decoration, design or a related field. Knowledge of materials, techniques and trends in the field of decoration. Ability to present and communicate effectively with customers. Proficiency in graphic programs (Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator), and preferably have basic knowledge with 3ds max. Ability to use and manage social networks: shoot short videos, aesthetically maintain a feed for Instagram and Facebook. Responsibility, organizational and analytical skills.
