STAGE 1: Initial selection of submitted CVs. We will contact you if your candidate profile meets our expectations. STAGE 2: We will invite selected candidates to a meeting and ask them to do several practical tasks under the supervision of one of our trainers (we will check technical, mechanical and analytical skills). STAGE 3: Immediately after the tasks, we will want to get to know you a little: we will meet for a short recruitment interview. DECISION: We always provide feedback within 7 business days. No candidate invited to the meeting will be left unanswered. Employees improve their skills and acquire new knowledge, which translates into their earnings. As part of their qualifications for particular levels of the program, they receive specific salary allowances. Contributing to the continuous development of our organization pays off greatly :) Experience, skills and profile: Required: Previous operational experience in operations or logistics in the areas of production, transport or warehouse and knowledge of standard operating procedures. Ability to demonstrate understanding of basic warehouse processes (essential, obtained through formal education or relevant experience). Effective communication with various stakeholders: on-site operations as well as remotely. Languages: English - clear speech, solid written skills. Proficiency in Excel, for example: vlookup, sumif, pivot tables. Comfort in working in accordance with established processes (standard operating procedures) and work rhythms. Organized, detail-oriented and results-oriented. Preferred: Experience in a warehouse operations environment. Practical experience in using modulesimplementing SAP logistics is beneficial. Languages: Polish - effective verbal and written communication in a business context. Location and Travel Requirements: Working hours include Central European Time Zone (CET). The role is based and focused on the workplace; you are expected to be there on most, if not all, Monday through Friday business days. Occasional business trips within Europe. Running SAP transaction code VL06I and preparing report (detailed and summary). Incorporate shipment location updates based on OTM (road) and ocean freight portals and communications/checks with transportation control towers as necessary to keep the report comprehensive and up-to-date on a daily basis in all respects. , Releases. Creating a PGI report (release tracking). Startupi.e. SAP transaction code VL06O and preparing a report (detailed and summary). Detailed comparison with an external 3PL Warehouse Management System (WMS in DHL JDA) and internal issue tracking. , Notification of any non-compliance and further action towards relevant stakeholders. Inventory control. Inspection of inventory for physical damage, returns, customs compliance, and tracking and location (ATTP). , Ensuring that inventory is in proper condition and is operational in a timely manner, e.g. Quality Control. Report reports (incidents) of standard tracking and location issues arising from an activity or system. , Active engagement at operational/tactical level with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Attendance at appropriate work rhythms established daily (DDS). Supporting other logistics processes such as inventory reconciliation, inventory, etc., creation and execution of incoming and outgoing deliveries (IBD&OBD) in the scope (re-packing, destruction); modifying automatically generated deliveries where required according to the process (outbound deliveries to customers and returns). ,YSMR monitoring.
