Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD) was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.

Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights" within the project "Supporting children and youth with experience in alternative forms of care"is looking for a manager of projects and programs.

Tasks: ensuring meaningful and organizational management of project areas, coordination of a team of managers, development and implementation of digital solutions, administration of projects and programs.

Main duties:

  • organization and optimization of internal processes;
  • coordination of team work and support of effective communication;
  • administrative support of office activities;
  • creation of standards for administration, reporting and program management;
  • automation of collection and processing data;
  • organization and holding of internal meetings, fixation of decisions and control of tasks;
  • preparation of requests for the purchase of goods and services, participation in cost control;
  • logistics support of events (locations, transport, food, accommodation, etc.);
  • interaction with partners, donors and other stakeholders;
  • monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs (collection feedback, analysis of results, preparation of recommendations for program improvement, review of reporting);
  • monitoring of the implementation of project tasks and adjustment of plans if necessary.

Requirements for the candidate(s):

  • Experience in the field of project management, administration or operational activities (from 2 years).
  • Understanding the basic principles of financing public organizations and grant programs.
  • Experience with digital project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • High level of organizational skills and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
  • Communication skills, business correspondence and negotiations.
  • Experience of working with projects from international organizations.
  • Knowledge and skills in project management, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, program and financial reporting, administration, project communications.
  • Knowledge of legislation in the field of child rights protection and social protection.
  • Experience of working with project initiatives where the target audience is children/youth who grow up or have grown up in residential institutions; orphans, children deprived of parental care, and persons from among them; children/youth who are in difficult life circumstances will be an advantage.
  • Awareness in the field of local self-government.

  • Proficiency in English will be an advantage.
  • Computer and technical literacy.
  • Working conditions:

    • part-time employment (25%);
    • UMPD concludes contract for the provision of services with a natural person-entrepreneur of the 3rd group;
