We are currently looking for a talented Development Specialist to work with our co-founder, Jack (Effie winner, experienced marketing manager and consultant/business strategist) to help grow Getint as a company.

- Demonstrated experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or related field, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid advertising platforms campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic startup environment, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- A creative thinker with a passion for achieving results and exceeding goals.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and draw practical conclusions.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Fluent knowledge of English; additional language skills are welcome.
- Experience working in a startup environment or a high-growth company.
- Knowledge of SaaS sales and customer acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
