RIA.com is a Ukrainian product IT company that creates marketplaces DIM.RIA, AUTO .RIA, AGRO.RIA, RIA.com.

The company's products are used by millions of Ukrainians, and more than 450 people from Riakom in 19 teams help sell, buy and rent real estate on DIM.RIA, search for new and tested cars on AUTO.RIA, and find agricultural machinery on AGRO every day. RIA and the rarest things at RIA.com.

We are looking for reinforcements in the AUTO.RIA team in the field of used cars - Growth Revenue Manager

Necessary experience and skills:

• work experience in Revenue;
• solid knowledge of Unit economics;
• understanding the principles of testing product hypotheses in the form of split testing;
• ability to write MySQL queries;
• data visualization using any of the systems: Tableau, Superset, Looker Studio;
• experience with GA4 and FireBase.

Challenges you will face:

• analysis and forecasting of the current financial model of the product;
• formation of hypotheses and their implementation with the product team with a focus on the growth of monetization products;
• constant search and assessment of opportunities for product growth areas;
• participation in the implementation of product initiatives;
• interaction with Head of Analytics, Head of Products and stakeholders.

About the stages of the interview:

• Meeting-acquaintance with the recruiter.
• Interview with Head of Product team and Head of Product Analytics.
• Test task.
• Final interview with the leader of the team and areas (we will warn you about the participants the day before).
