As a Growth Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics to develop and execute growth strategies that align with our company goals.What you'll do:- Develop and execute web funnel and segmentation strategies to drive the growth of key revenue and paid marketing metrics including gross revenue, roas, ltv and conversion rates.- Create and prioritize experimentation roadmap based on research, data analytics, and growth opportunities.- Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to gain deep insights into customer interactions with web funnels, identifying areas for improvement and potential growth opportunities.- Manage cross-functional team (product, marketing, engineering, analytics) to brainstorm, plan, and roll out experiments with web funnels and initiatives to meet or exceed targeted objectives.- Regularly communicate findings, insights, and new hypotheses to key stakeholders.About you:- 3+ years of work experience as a Growth Product Manager or close related position- Expertise in Marketing-led growth, CRO and paid marketing- Proven track record of successfully driving growth through market analysis, user researches, CRO, and revenue-centric strategies- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making- Self-starter with ability to execute under deadlines and accountable for ambitious goals- Growth/marketing experimental mindset with a desire to learn and iterate at a rapid pace- Be in charge of the web funnel a/b testing roadmap- Be creative and suggest ideas- Come up with new funnels for wide and narrow audiences.Nice to have:- Experience with Mobile growth testingBenefits:- Flexible, remote working environment- In-person company retreats and virtual gatherings- Apple laptop and equipment for your needs- Unlimited PTO Employment:Please note that for this role, your employment status will be as a Full-time independent contractor or self-employed.
