Growth Product Manager in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for the first Growth Product Manager for one of our successful businesses — Liven. 

Liven is a company that creates products to integrate knowledge about human behavior into the daily lives of users, enabling them to optimize their emotional state. 

We make behavioral techniques accessible to people, enabling them to reduce procrastination and stress, increase focus and energy levels, and improve overall well-being.

We launched the business in early 2023 and have already proven its success — we found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling up, expanding the team from 3 to 35 people. With a strong unit economy and impressive growth, we offer a unique opportunity for talented individuals to join our high-performing team. 

At Liven, we challenge traditional notions of linear career paths by encouraging each new team member to drive their own initiatives outside of their field.

In the role of Product manager, you are expected to:
Generation of own hypotheses for A/B tests by analyzing direct and indirect competitors, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, networking with specialists from similar fields
Working on with a user segmentation system
Building a new direction in the product and its processes;
Using analytics collection systems (BigQuery, Tableau) to form marketing and product hypotheses;
Management of designers, developers, analysts for system development of our Growth direction.

What is important to us:
Must-have: From 1 year of commercial experience in similar positions (Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Product Analyst , Product Owner). Power BI, or others);
Ability to take responsibility and perform tasks 'from 0 to 1';
High level of motivation and desire to develop.
Level of English: from Upper Intermediate (B2) ; 

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.

We plan to further develop product IT businesses, conquer global markets and work for the victory of Ukraine

— A community of founders who have already launched more than one business and can share practical experience;
— Internal clubs by professional areas: marketing, rdevelopment, finance, recruiting;

— Medical insurance, corporate doctor and psychologist.
