Then welcome to our team, because we are looking for you - a determined, systematic and inquisitive Growth Product Manager!

We, Boosta, are an international An IT company with a portfolio of many successful products, performance marketing projects and its own investment fund.

We are currently looking for a Growth Product Managera to the team of cool professionals of the Honeytech project — one of the fastest growing platforms with webcomics for a male audience in the world (like Netflix, only with comics instead of movies).

The specialist in this position has a direct impact on the further development of our product and will work directly with the CEO of the project on the following tasks:

• User segmentation and implementation of product/payment logicbased on user country, product usage patterns, etc.  
• Leadership in localizations: Managing 6 localizations of our product, monitoring their success and solving possible problems.
• Payment tests: Running tests with payment screens to increase conversion and LTV. 
• Content consumption and conversion: Content management on the platform with the aim of increasing the conversion to payment and content consumption metrics, reducing the Cancel Rate. 
• Email marketing: Direct launch and additional revenue. 

To successfully complete tasks, you will need:

• Experience and hard skills: experience in product management in working with product metrics (LTV, conversion, unit-economy, retention, rebill rate), generation of hypotheses, understanding of payment infrastructure, UI/UX and general imagination regarding front and backend tasks.
• Product experience: At least 1 year of work in a product team.
• Knowledge of methodologies: RICE, AARRR, HADI frameworks.
• Analytical thinking: the ability to decompose a problem into components, understanding the relationship between product and marketing metrics, knowledge of the mechanics of A/B tests.
• Healthy adventurism: Courage in decisions, but systematic in your approaches.
• It will be a plus:knowledge of Tableau, Figma, simple SQL queries.
