We need you if:
- Experience in ecommerce is a must;
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, CRM Ops, Automation Specialist or similar roles;
- Experience with CRM systems and automation tools at the creation level business processes (preferably Creatio or similar);
- Understanding the logic of autofunnels, CJM, lead statuses, trigger communications;
- Experience of interaction with product, marketing, technical and sales teams
- Strong skills of formalization, structuring and description of processes;
- Systemic thinking, responsibility, attention to details.
What you will do:
- Describe and formalize the work flow of triggers at all stages of the client's life cycle;
- Create an agreed structure of auto-funnels and communication scenarios in various channels (email, push, Viber, site, CRM);
- Ensure consistency and the correctness of communications between Product, Marketing and Sales teams;
- Coordinate work with the teams responsible for automation of processes in CRM and other systems;
- Coordinate the launch of various promotional activities in ecommerce;
- Prepare technical and logical requirements for the implementation of triggers, stages of the funnel and their integration;
- Control flow implementation: testing, stability of triggers, timely updates;
- Analyze the effectiveness of existing autofunnels and initiate their improvement together with Growth and Product Manager;
- Optimize integrator costs due to clear task formulation, formalization of requirements and structured process logic;
- Build diagrams/diagrams of interaction with customers.
