AsaGrowth Marketing Visual Designer, your primary role will betoproduce compelling visual assets, both static and animated, specifically tailored for performance marketing advertisements. Your creative efforts will also extend toother growth initiatives, including partnerships and app store optimization strategies, among others. What you will do Collaborate closely with our Growth Marketing team, acting asakey stakeholder inthe development ofinnovative solutions for our digital marketing campaigns. Research togather design references, and craft mood boards, storyboards, and animatics toeffectively communicate your vision and ideas tostakeholders. Take full ownership ofprojects from the initial concept phase through tocompletion, ensuring each project isexecuted with precision and creativity. Play anintegral role inthe evolution ofour design processes, focusing onenhancing scalability and efficiency. Manage multiple project timelines, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the ability toprioritize tasks effectively. Engage with the strategic aspects ofour projects, contributing insights and ideas that support our broader marketing goals Qualifications and experience needed Aminimum of2years ofexperience invisual, brand, and/or motion design, with astrong portfolio showcasing your expertise inthese areas. Proven experience inperformance marketing, with asolid understanding ofcreating impactful creatives for digital paid advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google App Campaigns. Exceptional conceptual thinking and communication abilities, with aknack for conveying complex ideas through design. Proficiency inAdobe Creative Cloud applications, with anemphasis onAfter Effects, for crafting dynamic visual content. Ahistory ofdeveloping templates and scalable design solutions, demonstrating anability toinnovate within the constraints ofbrand guidelines and marketing objectives Aplus would be Experience orfamiliarity with 3Dand animation tools, preferably Cinema4D, tobring additional depth and engagement toyour designs. Proficiency inFigma, enhancing collaboration across teams and streamlining the design process.
