Growth Manager - RiseGuide in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for a Growth Manager atRiseGuide.

RiseGuide is an app with self-development, built around examples of well-known role models. Our users break bad habits by following the advice of Andrew Huberman and Simon Sinek; pumping up their social networks and content, taking as a basis the playbooks of Alex Hormozy and Mr. Beast, launching their own businesses, inspired by the rules of life of Richard Branson and Steve Jobs, etc. We plan to revolutionize the self-development and micro-learning industry and build a company that will eclipse MasterClass.

We have already found unit economics and are actively scaling, we have grown 3 times in the past six months, we plan to keep the pace. Every new employee now has the opportunity to become a leader in his field, everything depends only on your initiative and ambition. RiseGuide has unlimited potential to scale horizontally - launch new verticals and we are looking for someone to build a cool online reputation for our brand that will allow us to collaborate with experts, role models and stars of the first magnitude.

What challenges await:
- Building and optimizing operational processes in areas of online reputation and brand;
— Starting work with the main reputation assets: Owned media, Earned media, Communities, Social media, Review sites;
— Forming a team for Search, Social and Growth areas.

What is important to us:
— Experience in building complex and effective operational processes: from transforming chaos into systems to launching new functions "with of zero";
— Ability to find innovative solutions and achieve results under any conditions;
— Strong communication skills, English at C1 level;
— Entrepreneur mentality: comfortable to develop and scale business from scratch;
— High level of ownership (responsibility) and desire to influence the commercial result;
— Ability to reasonedly defend one's point of view and take independent decisions solution.

Will be a plus:
— Experience in Content Marketing;
— Experience in hiring a team from scratch.

Roadmap of the role in 6 months:
— Full-fledged launch of Owned media (blog, Medium, etc.) and hiring of a content manager and SEO specialist;
— Creating a strategy for launching a YouTube channel and publishing the first videos;
— Each zone is covered with analytics, customized reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis;
— Built relationships with independent media and publishing articles about RiseGuide.

We are looking for a person who is "about creativity" and "about analytics", and most importantly - "about the resultat" :)

In addition to businesses, we are developing the charitable fund SKELAR foundation, which was created by the company's employees. As part of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
