Growth Manager (Impulse) in Genesis

We are growing and looking for a Growth Manager to join the team, who will strengthen our team and also launch and develop a web direction to attract new users and scale the business. Impulse — Brain Training is: 50+ million downloads; 4.7 rating in the App Store (over 1 million ratings); #1 application in the Health & Fitness category in the world by the number of downloads in 2022-2023; #1 application in the Brain Training segment in the world by the number of downloads in the years 2021-2023; Awarded by Apple as an App ofthe Day on the App Store in 50+ countries. You will definitely get it if you are quiet: Develop a new web direction for an already successful business. Together with the team, you will build web funnels and scale them. Work in a team of driven and expert like-minded people. Side by side with the specialists of our team, you will generate ideas, run A/B tests, analyze the results and exchange knowledge and experience. Experiment. You will be able to conduct many experiments and see the real result of your work. Constantly improve approaches and grow. Our goal is a steady improvement in CR from creative to subscription purchase. We will change approaches together and look for new ones, develop in order not to stop and achieve more. Your main tasks: Construction and optimization of web funnels for attracting users, continuous improvement of CR; Launching the process of hypothesis testing and conducting A/B tests to achieve growth; Work closely with the design/marketing/development team to achieve the company's business goals; Market research and competitor analysis to understand trends, customer needs and product differentiation opportunities; Future — team management and team process building. For the candidate offer important: 1-3 years of experience in product/growth management or marketing; Experience working with analytical tools (Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.); desire to work in a team; Desire for self-development, proactivity, critical thinking; English language level — Upper-Intermediate. It will be a plus: General understanding of the key channels of user engagement: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and others; Experience in funnel optimization and monetization.
