We are looking for a result-oriented Growth Manager who will strengthen the GARAGE AUTO.RIA team in the direction of a new product for Ukrainian car owners.
You will be responsible for the development and success of the product, develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, create effective marketing campaigns, and drive user adoption and retention.
Your future challenges: p>
- developing and implementing a product marketing growth strategy to drive product adoption, growth and revenue;
- conducting market research to understand customer needs, competition and industry trends;
- go-to-market planning: development and implementation of go-to-market plans for new product launches, including target audience definition, pricing strategies and distribution channels;
- customer acquisition: team coordination (PPC, SMM, SEO) , to attract new customers and engage users;
- customer activation: developing and testing product hypotheses;
- analytics and reporting: tracking key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies;
- budget management of marketing budgets.
We expect you to:

have at least 2 years of proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing or user acquisition in a leadership role;strong analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools;excellent skills communication and presentations;a creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies;you have experience with digital marketing platforms and tools. p>
Would be an advantage:
- education in marketing or business.
