We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Manager who will strengthen the GARAGE AUTO.RIA team in the direction of a new product for car owners of Ukraine.
You will answer for product development and success, you will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, create effective marketing campaigns, and drive user adoption and retention.
Your future challenges:
- developing and implementing a product marketing growth strategy to drive product adoption, growth and revenue;
- conducting market research to understand customer needs, competition and industry trends;
- go-to-market planning : development and implementation of go-to-market plans for new product launches, including target audience definition, pricing strategies and distribution channels;
- customer acquisition: team coordination (PPC, SMM, SEO), for new customer acquisition and engagement users;
- customer activation: developing and testing product hypotheses;
- analytics and reporting: tracking key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies;
- li>budget management of marketing budgets.
We expect you to:
- have at least 2 years of proven experience in product marketing , growth marketing or user engagement in leadership positions;
- strong analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools;
- excellent communication and presentation skills;
- creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies;
- you have experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
