But above all, he knows how to delve into data and draw conclusions from them, is able to act as a trusted partner for startup founders and is motivated to constantly improve and achieve better results

< b> As a Growth Manager you will:

  • Develop the goals, strategy and budget of growth marketing projects and then manage them
  • < b> Plan and implement the strategy in regular sprints
  • Collaborate with appropriate specialists : copywriters, graphic designers and SEO / PPC experts
  • Set and track metrics and business goals in projects
  • Create reports and dashboards for data analysis
  • Analyze results on an ongoing basis and recommend improvements
  • Ensure excellent communication with clients
  • Work operationally within your specialist field (e.g. PPC / SEO / CRO / Product etc.)

    < li> Working experience in Growth Marketing at least 2-3 years in various industries and business models, with proven success
  • Practical skills at an advanced level in at least one of the areas of growth marketing (e.g. PPC & analytics / SEO / Content & PR / Outbound & Email marketing / Marketing Automation / Landing Pages / Conversion Rate Optimization & A/B Testing / Product)
  • Proficiency in data analysis (knowledge of spreadsheets, ability to analyze, describe and visualize data)
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish (C2) and English (C1)
  • < li> Efficient communication , organization of work and focus on achieving goals
  • Proactivity , taking responsibility for the implementation of tasks and constant expansion of knowledge
  • Very good skills in self-presentation
  • Conducting research and market and competition analysis
  • Effective budget management
  • Ability to effectively delegate , automate and manage your own time
