My name is Slava, I am the CEO of Howly, a business in the SKELAR ecosystem.

Constant interesting challenges, a complex operationally loaded product, and senior management is inspiring. Howly represented Ukraine at TechCrunch Disrupt 2022 in San Francisco and continues to conquer new heights. We are building a real "unicorn" and what we lack is a skilled specialist in the analytics team.

A year ago, we started an R&D area where 4 small , but strong teams are already working on new products.

Leader tasks:

— Actively work with C-Level and leadership team;< /p>

— Build an effective analytical process for finding new niches to launch our R&D;

— Actively accept students in work with the existing product portfolio (analysis of unit economics, search for growth areas and optimization of business processes) ;

— Lead and analyze the financial model of our products and the entire business;

— Assist the C-Level team with strategic projects;

— Build a business development strategy.
