SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that builds international tech businesses. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to win in global markets. Today, SKELAR has a dozen businesses in various niches, from EdTech to SaaS. We are currently looking for a leader of Customer Relations Management, which will focus on building a system for effective work with the return and retention of users.

What challenges await:
- ownership of user research and churn prevention systems and processes ;
—creating a system for early identification of target loyal users and effective adaptation of the user journey to the relevant segments and behavioral patterns;
—work with live-ops initiatives, email & sms mailings and other components in building systems of effective interaction with by users;
—close work with product, marketing and other stakeholders, management of current teams from this area.

What we offer:
— a significant impact on a business that continues to grow year-on-year at a significant rate, and input into how that business will look in strategy and tactics;
— working side-by-side with people with experience in local and top-level international companies (Big Law, Big 4, McKinsey, Horizon, Bolt, Didi, etc.); :
— 5 years of experience in the areas of Operations/CRM/Customer Experience in product companies and successful traction of implementing changes and initiatives that had an impact on user return;
—experience in product management and/ or product marketing will be an advantage;
- analytical mindset and a high level of critical thinking;
- fluency in English B2+;
- proactivity and self-motivation.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the charitable initiative "SKELAR Foundation" - an internal project from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer. SKELAR is an environment for self-realization of people who are able to create successful companies. —Medical insurance, corporate doctor and psychologist.
