Our core product Zutobi Drivers Ed is an app and web-based learning platform that helps students to prepare for completing the permit test needed for getting a driver’s license.

Our mission is to empower people through digital, and now we are looking for an experienced and motivated Growth Manager who will help us fulfill this mission and drive the growth of our product

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with Product Growth in a similar position.
  • Experience working with B2C products, both mobile apps and web.
  • Experience in A/B testing, with the capability to transform data and user behavior insights into actionable hypotheses for experimentation.
  • Experience with Data Analytics, understanding of product metrics, proficiency in working with analytics services such as Amplitude and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Data-oriented, analytical mindset.
  • Ability to take ownership with a proactive and accountable approach to your work, and a “getting-things-done” attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, think outside the box, and quickly adapt to new approaches.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working with B2B products.
  • Background in product marketing.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Analyzing competitors, benchmarking, and user behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generating hypotheses for experiments, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize user experience and drive growth
  • Work closely with UX designers and developers to implement and execute experiments.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager and stakeholders to plan the product’s Growth roadmap.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive growth and improvement.
