Growth Manager in UP4 play

Your main task is to drive products forward using marketing, data and common sense.

Your areas:

• Growth & Scaling: Full cycle of user engagement. You decide where to invest the budget to get the maximum result.
• Product Analytics: Deep dive into the numbers. You analyze the funnel from the first click to the moment when the user becomes a loyal subscriber.
• Optimization: Testing everything: creatives, onboarding, paywalls and pricing models.
• Strategic Insights: Analysis of the market and competitors. We expect you to find new niches and opportunities where others don't see them.
   

What we expect:

• Experience in Mobile Marketing: You have already worked with mobile applications (subscriptions) and know how to scale campaigns.
• Entrepreneurial approach: You don't care what the budget is spent. You think in profit categories (LTV, ROAS, ROI).
• Data-driven mindset: Confident working with MMP (Appsflyer/Adjust), analytics and spreadsheets.
• English: Sufficient to work with a global market.

• Experience in niches Mobile Games/Social Casino/Slots.
• Working with AppMagic or Sensor Tower services.
