We are currently looking for a Telephone Sales Team Leader.
Main Responsibilities:
< ul>We draw your attention to the following criteria:
- Work experience at the position of manager in the sales department (preferred).
- Work in the Creatio program (preferred).
- Work in the 1C program (required).
- Work in Word, Excel (mandatory).
- Working in the Power BI program (preferred).
- Ability to organize work in a team: setting SMART tasks.
- Emotional intelligence, leadership and self-development, communication skills (business communication etiquette), mentoring and team building, adherence to time management principles.
