Main tasks positions: Interaction with the manufacturer, implementation of the brand strategy; Market analysis by product categories, competitors; Implementation of the product development strategy on the Ukrainian market (FMCG); Budgeting, planning - consumables, promotions, POSm; Creating and conducting trade marketing programs, conducting product presentations and trainings; Participation in negotiations with key customers and increasing the sales volume; Constant assessment of the current implementation of the sales plan (shipments) and financial indicators by directions/products; Reporting. Requirements: Work experience from 1 year in FMCG brand promotion, experience working with international brands will be a significant advantage; Analytical skills; Availability of proven successful projects; High decision-making speed; Orientation to results; Flexibility in communication with people; Financial awareness; Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, 1C.
