What will you be doing?

You will be working on the development of Genesis educational brands. Together with us, you will influence the development of not only business, but also IT education in Ukraine. In this position, you will implement your own ideas and see the result, and, of course, you will work on joint projects with Genesis business partners - Meta, Google, Snapchat, the Ministry of Digital, Ministry of Education and Culture.

Also, at Genesis you will have the opportunity to exchange expertise and develop in a professional community of designers.

As a Graphic & Web Designer, your tasks will be:

• Cooperate with project managers and create visual materials within the team's educational events: li>

—identities;

— landing page design;

— design of promotional materials;

— creation of merch and related materials (posters, schedules, etc.).

• Create visuals for social networks and advertisements;
• Offer design solutions for internal and external educational platforms.

We will definitely find a common language if you:

• Have experience working as a Graphic or Web Designer 1.5 years;
• You have a portfolio with the best works;
• You have a professional knowledge of Figma and Illustrator;
• You know the basics of design: composition, typography, color;
• You have a systematic approach to work and adhere to deadlines;
• You feel that your strengths are initiative and critical thinking;
• You like to work for results and appreciate high standards in work;
• You can be flexible and don't give up if something doesn't work out.

Also a plus will be:

• Ability to work with site builders - Wix or Webflow;
• Ability to work with video and create animations;
• Experience in creating creatives for social networks;
• Ability to prepare materials for printingin.
